FAQs

  • Each session is a mix of deep listening, powerful questions, and practical tools. Some weeks we’ll focus on big-picture clarity; others we’ll work on real-life strategies and integration. We will “dance in the moment” with what is most present for you.

    We will connect via Zoom. Plan to have a quiet, private space for our time together.

  • No! Some clients come with a clear goal (launch a business, make a major life change, etc), while others simply feel called to explore “something more.” We’ll work together to clarify what’s most alive for you.

  • You’ll receive personalized practices, reflection prompts, and small commitments between our calls, which will arise out of the content of our coaching sessions themselves. Most clients spend 15–30 minutes a few times per week engaging with this content - enough to create momentum without feeling overwhelming.

  • This package can be purely conversational and coaching-based, or we can integrate psychedelic experiences if they are a part of your journey. Everything is client-led, and we will always center safety, intention, and integration. You do not have to work with psychedelics to get benefits from our coaching partnership.

  • At the end of our work, you’ll have clarity, practices, and a roadmap you can continue on your own. Many clients choose to continue with ongoing 1:1 sessions if they want continued accountability and support,

  • Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is about where you are now and where you want to go next. While both are powerful, coaching is future-oriented and action-driven.Item description
